HELLO! I know I have not written in a while but, IM BACK! You bet I have missed blogging and my outfits have been below par.  I decided to come back with this outfit its an homage to my favorite blogger and the reason why I started my blog, The College Prepster or Carly A. Heitlinger.  She always wears button downs with either a statement necklace or some other sparkle.
