OOTD 03/23/13
Hey viewers! I wore this dress in Paris and on New Year's. I think its is super fun with the sparkles but not too crazy because it has a simple black bottom. Since it was cold in Paris I was carrying my coat in hand. I purchased this dress on sale at a local boutique called Charlyi in Winter Park.
